"There was a pipe that burst in the room next to us while we were out and the room was partially flooded when we got back. The staff was helpful and quickly got us into a new room, but it was a lot smaller room/bed and I still paid the same rate. Probably should have been comp’d something? No complaints about the staff however."

"I would like to make a complaint about our experience with the receptionist, Migdalia.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, her attitude toward us was rude, cold, and unwelcoming. She did not use basic polite expressions such as “please” or “thank you,” and her manner made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning. We tried to overlook it and gave her several chances because we did not want to judge her based on one interaction, but unfortunately, the same behavior continued every time we...
