"Stayed one night. Upon arrival Preston at the front desk was very polite, informative, and accommodating when we asked if there was a ground floor room available. He seemed to genuinely care that we were informed and happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some improvement construction going on but only on off hours and it did not affect our stay.
