The only negative is that for both years now, not all elevators are functioning. Only one on one side and one on the other side of the hotel are operating. One elevator is completely non-functioning. "The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very warm or inviting. Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience. I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar.
