"The hotel is really central within a shopping mall. The conciois on the ground floor, regular check in on 1st floor and executive rooms check in on 34th floor. Check was seamless with my luggage taken from me when I arrived at concierge and didn’t see it again until I went ro my room. It was waiting for me! You get a cookie once checked in and if the room is not ready, you can wait or if you’re in executive rooms, asked to wait in the lounge with refreshments. This lounge serves breakfasts...

"Juste une remarque sur notre carte bancaire Visa normal ne semblait pas être adéquat pour le dépôt de garantie, pas plus que celle de Monsieur donc nous avons consigné des espèces. Ce qui vous fait remarquer de manière insidieuse que nous n' avons pas le niveau de richesse pour le HILTON "
