Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino. "Amazing hotel stay in a great central location. The rooftop bar is a highlight with views across Batumi to to black sea, and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely go back for a longer stay! "
