Experiência razoável. O Flat tem muito que melhorar na aparência e limpezas de carpete, saguão, elevador. O ar condicionado do quarto não conseguiu refrescar todo o ambiente portanto a saleta estava insuportável e não tinha como trabalhar com notebook devido ao calor.

Se desse tempo, talvez tivesse aproveitado o piscina. Quarto bem sujo e com iluminação ruim. Isolamento acústico não existe. Ar condicionado muito velho e ruidoso, atrapalha o sono. No mais, as cortinas isolam bastante a claridade, o quarto é espaçoso e tem bastante espaço.

Um bom hotel. Ótima localização. Os quartos são bem espaçosos. Problemas pontuais de manutenção ocorreram mas foram solucionados. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e caprichado. Os funcionários são atenciosos e muito educados. O atendimento é excelente. O hotel aceita pet, o que é um diferencial entre outro hotéis da cidade. O único problema foi colchão e sofá-cama que precisam de renovação, mas foram substituídos.

Minha casinha em Bauru 🥰❤️

Fiquei hospedada três noites nesse apart-hotel que é um pouco antigo e falta cuidar de alguns pequenos detalhes que fariam diferença para os mais exigentes, como atualizar as roupas de cama e banho e ter suporte para shampoo e sabonete no box. O café da manhã é bem simples e com poucas opções, mas o suficiente para se alimentar bem. A localização é muito boa com bares e restaurantes próximos e tem um supermercado maravilhoso bem pertinho! Funcionários cordiais e solícitos! Eu adorei o meu “mini apartamento” com quarto confortável, banheiro e sala em dois ambientes com uma pequena copa! Também tem um microondas no primeiro andar que fica disponível para os hóspedes. Excelente localização, excelente custo x benefício e se um dia eu precisar voltar a cidade com certeza ficarei hospedada nele, foi sim a minha casinha em Bauru!!! Super recomendo!!!

A acomodação era boa e o local excelente, bem no centro. Mas não tinha fogão igual apareceu quando contratei, ainda bem que eu levei outra opção. O flat é bom mas falta algumas manutenções básicas. Não sei se é por conta da crise enfrentada, mas a sugestão é fazer algumas manutenções básicas (lâmpada queimada na varanda, chuveiro muito antigo, etc.), assim o local ficará ainda melhor.
