"Our room had two queen beds that were not acceptable for any human. It was like sleeping in a board on both beds. They were able to move us eventually but we had to stay in the room for two nights. Neither of us could sleep. "

It was very hot in the room and we had to open the window to get air in there and hope a pigeon didn't fly in. Also, there is no bar in the hotel, which is not what is represented in pictures. I will say that it was very clean and the staff was great but overall I thought this hotel is overrated and overpriced for what I experienced. No hooks in the bathrooms and nowhere to hang wet towels. "

"Fist off staff was great, no issues there. We arrived out of tow for a wedding over the weekend and arrived after Jack in time (4:30) with minimal time to get ready. She I arrived name was not in the system. Panicking I was able to get the booking # and were able to located my booking only to find out our room was not ready. We had to get downgraded because we did not have the time to which they took 35 bucks off a night but the room was extremely tiny especially for 4 people. We barely had room for our stuff and could barely Maneuver around. "
