"The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)"

"I would not park and fly from this hotel again. I would have had to wait an hour for the return shuttle. They do not come every half hour. Took an uber for 22$ instead to get to my car . Overcharging on parking when I could get it for 11$ a day down the street at the Dylan. Not happy about that. I will stay at the Dylan next time I fly"

"Great hotel and conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf. We liked the included full breakfast. Staff were very nice and service was great. The only negative point for me is that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be burning hot. Besides that, everything was great."

"I was given a room that was across from the main elevators from the lobby and overlooked the busy roadway. It was impossible to sleep due to the noises and music playing all night and the cars zooming by. my bed didn’t feel like it was cleaned and the TV wasn’t working. I just needed a central place to rest with free parking and this was its saving grace. the staff were courteous. not sure i would stay here again if i had to pay."
