" On June 22, 2026 i Barbara Barrett Harris and husband rented a hotel stay at the Majestic at ocean city Md our complaint are as follows: First they tried to give me the wrong room this room you barely could walk around between the bed and wall we expained that i use a walker that why i payed for the larger room. Next the laundry the towel were hung up with yellow and green chemical stain another towel to replace the chemical stain towel had several dirty stain on it. The refrige did not work...

"Everything Was A1 From The Arrival To Departure!!! Ms/Mrs Porsha At The Front Desk Was Very Attentive,Informative & Knowledgeable Of The Area Of Ocean City!!! Lobby restrooms out of paper towels for days on end and when they finally restocked the paper towels, they were out of toilet paper.
