"Everything about our stay was phenomenal. Clean, safe, everything was close and accessible. We can’t wait to return. The staff was amazing and the location could not have been better. The food tasted good and the atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for. I can’t say anything bad about this place. Awesome"

"The worst place we stayed in, in years! Staff didn’t appear to know what they were doing. City view is across the street which is not disclosed. No elevator to the 2nd floor, outside stairs only. Bathing suits and clothes were hanging over the rails as we walked up. Felt like a cheap hotel. Many things were old and worn. Took pictures but no opportunity to post them, Didn’t want to even touch them. Would never go back!"

"This hotel is very run down, property is not maintained well. Hot tub didn’t work the entire eeek. WiFi didn’t work all week. Elevators were absolutely disgusting. Overflow parking was horrible; in a dirty, unlit lot across the street. Beachcomber needs a major overhaul. Couldn’t be on the balcony due to neighbors on both sides smoking pot. Will never go back and do NOT recommend. Sad that the property owners have not kept up with it updated/cleaned/maintained this property. Two positives… The staff were all nice, and the food at the tiki bar was good."

"Very clean, friendly staff with absolutely amazing views from the 11th floor! The breakfast was top notch and well organized. Only con I had was seafood at restaurants was frozen not fresh and over fried. Tasted like Gordon’s frozen fish products for market price. Restaurant manager did noticed I picked at my food and gave a discount. So I can’t complain but customer service at all."

"Room had roaches. 1st impression as soon as I unlocked door. 1st thing to see was a roach. Called front desk. They came immediately and sprayed the floor but it didn't help. I had went to get groceries and as we put food in the refrigerator it went out. My husband moved it to reset it. As he moved the refrigerator, roaches ran everywhere. Staff stated all rooms were full for the night. Two days later they had vacant rooms but too late! We had spent a lot of money and traveled a long way with no other place to stay, so this left a bad taste for any other experiences at the hotel. Only good thing was pool was kid friendly and entertaining! As we checked out, worker ask about my stay. I made a sad face and told her. She checked and genuinely seemed to care. She said we would discount for 1st night's stay. I appreciated it because this was a lot to pay to room with roaches. We were not even able to unpack the whole trip and lived out our suitcases, with fear of taking bugs home with us!😡"

"This is a place I stay every year. I enjoyed my stay. It is close to everything. Having the bar and restaurant on site is nice after a long trip to get there can have a few drinks and food after arriving. Then it's time to relax on the beach and then relax before getting out the next day and enjoy all Panama City Beach has to offer."
