"Room was terrible! AC did not work, Bathroom door knob was barely hanging on. Toilet was nasty upon check in, checked out the next day and moved to another venue. Completely dissatisified!"

Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had originally reserved was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I was then reassigned to a significantly smaller room that was not comparable to my original booking. Additionally, the condition of the replacement room was unacceptable, as it was not clean and did not meet basic standards. When I raised my concerns with the staff, I was informed that no other rooms were available, leaving me with no reasonable alternative. This experience was highly disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expected. As a result, my stay was extremely unpleasant, and I regret to say that I will not consider returning in the future. I kindly request that you review this matter and provide an appropriate response. "The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "
