"We had a nice short stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Our room had a view of the water, our room was clean and we enjoyed the pool and small pier. We even tried to fish at the pier but no luck. The view of the water in the back was peaceful."

"Great little place for the price. The only thing I would mention is that we couldn’t walk into town from there. It was a little further down the road than we expected so we drove into town each time, but there was plenty of free parking so it was no issue! Rise up coffee drive thru is just beside the hotel so that was cool and the breakfast was yummy and well stocked. It was a good deal!"

"Upon check-in, there was no mention that the parking lot was being repaved. I only learned about it after raising concerns about the lack of available parking. "Unfortunately they charged $10 a day for parking for a suburban parking lot that was not full. I could understand in a city garage or a very populated area, but that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, my bathroom was not well cleaned. The swimming pool is used for physical therapy by an outside company, so the pool was crowded and not relaxing."

The cars are squeezed in like sardines, no room to maneuver, and if you manage to squeeze into a space, you are jammed up against a car to your left, a car to your right, a car behind you, and a wall in front of you. I ended up with a scrape along the side of my car. Use the valet parking."
