"Staff were very helpful with a mosquito that got in our room. One thing to note about the underground garage - the entrance is narrow and at a set of traffic lights. The kerbs are also high, as I found out when I didn’t get the angle of entry to the garage quite correct (due to there being a car at the traffic lights). The kerb damaged my hire car. I wonder if the kerb at the garage opening might be trimmed or protected?"

"This is a lovely hotel situated on the main street leading down to the small beach at Port Vieux , Biarritz. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and a welcome drink ( glass of sangria ) , which was a nice touch. Rooms compact but very cosy with good bathroom and very comfortable bed . Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz."

"This hotel is very conveniently located next to Biarritz airport ( just a few minutes walk). The rooms are small but comfortable . It is easy to access downtown Biarritz via taxi...we used Uber . The staff at reception were extremely helpful and very pleasant . It is very good value for money , and a good option if using Biarritz airport."

"Hotel was beautifully decorated, had a lovely feel to it, very relaxed. The location is perfect, only 5 mins from restaurants, beaches etc. The man(didnt catch his name) who checked us in was extremely welcoming and helpful with information on the local area and restaurants aswell as what was available at the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"It does what it says on the tin. No-frills, value for money accommodation. Comfortable bed and excellent kitchen facilities. Very clean. Launderette on the other side of the road. Supermarket and boulangerie two minutes away. A few minutes walk into the centre of town and the beach. Recommended."
