"The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread."

"Our room was clean and functional. We checked in with the best staff member. She helped us book a room for the following night after our plans to leave changed. It was an easy process and she was pleasantly helpful. The pool area was well maintained and good size for meeting up with fellow travelers. The common area was a bit small but had enough space to enjoy company. The breakfast was good and had everything we needed.
