I has a nest of 30 roaches in my room. It was crazy it's cheap because it's terrible I have video and photo evidence. Never got a refund

This supposed to be hotel is terrible it should be an uncleaned unsafe motel. I would recommend no one to ever book this hotel is wouldn't even let my dog stay here. And it has a no refunded policy so that when you book and you see those misleading photos on their website and Expedia website you will think that ita very nice until you arrive a see where you will be staying and say to yourself no I will not stay here and ask for your refund back they get to keep your money as they has done to me with my check in...May 1 to May , 2026. They even refuse to send the refund back thru Expedia. Never again to anyone else RUN 🏃‍♀️!

The room I had wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for an employee to tell me they just renovated when it had hair in the tub,sink,and in the fridge even. Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here.

I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and broken furniture for the clothes to go in. The room itself was big, with plenty of space to add a seating area, but there was none. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will be turning them in to the BBB for false advertising and unclean properties.

The staff member called and tried to curse at me not once but 2x, I guess they don’t get customers and now I understand why, due to me cancel and choosing a better option with better amenities. But again, hope no one ever books with them, and I definitely be reporting them and going them reviews so everyone aware of how they treat people and that’s exactly why I canceled.

Toilet was broken…room was dirty and no one came to assist..curtains and television was broken also…I didn’t stay the full night and the other night that was booked…it was horrible…and unsanitary!

Tried two different rooms before we canceled our reservation. 1st room floors not vacuumed and smelt like stale cigarette smoke (requested no smoking). 2nd room again unclean floors, rusty pipes and smelt like wet dog.

The hotel had not completely transitioned to its new business so the phone was not connected,there were some cleaning issues as well as some plumbing issues

My room had roaches, a lot of them. For the first few days (out of the week I unfortunately bought there) my neighbors were like 3 or 4 loud kids screaming and running. Staff was okay. Id rather spend $60 a day than the $40 a day rate I got with all that factored in. I didnt complain about anything to the staff because I figured I got what I paid for and that this was just things they tolerated. Slept my week, left, and now I know not to rest here anymore unless I just absolutely cannot afford tonspend a little extra.

The room was absolutely filthy our keycard kept stopping to work at our door and it smelled bad the pool was dirty there was dirty old food in the refrigerator and there was dirty clothes left in the bathroom like that had not been cleaned . However housekeeper Michelle was wonderful
