"On check in the staff told us to text them with any issue, the washing machine door handle just comes off in your hand and thus unable to oen the door or do any washing. We text the staff twice in the provided number with no answer at all from the. Had to find a laundry mat to do washing for an event we had to attend. Very poor customer service. "

"Property sent email and sms message which stated that reception hours were till 6pm on Sat and this written on the door but when we requested to leave our bags till 6,we told that they closed at 5pm and we would have to be back before that time .Apartment was lacking in that there no coffee pods,no milk,no shampoo and conditioner or tea towel.Extra towels for use at pool and tea towel were supplied when we requested them by friendly reception staff who also supplied information on trams ad best...

"最低限必要なものは揃っていましたが、包丁は全く使えません。食洗器は便利でしたが、使い方の説明書がなく、慣れるまで時間がかかりました。 洗剤の数が少なかったので頼んだらすぐに追加してもらえたのは助かりました。
ただExpediaからのメ－ルがすべて中国語で届いたので
読むのに時間がかかったり、あれでは開けない人も多いのではないでしょうか
ベランダのドアが力を入れないと開かなかったり、洗濯機の使い方などの説明書は必要だと思います。
壁に大きな傷があったのも少し居心地悪かったです。
長期滞在だったのでシーツやタオルの予備はリクエストして補充してもらいました。メッセ－ジをたくさん送りましたがその都度、対応してもらえたのは助かりました。鍵を返す時にもパスワ－ドが必要だったのには少し焦りました。チェックインの時にも鍵を探さないといけなかったので、もう少し分かり易かったらと思います。
Air B＆B の情報は必要だと思います。

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious with a pretty small balcony looking out to pretty trees. Easy access to the tram for a quick trip to the race course for events or city for everything else! "
