"This was my second stay at Turenne Le Marais and it was as great as the first. The staff are incredible. I don't know all their names, but Brahim, Sylvie, Kanti (the housekeeper), and the other lovely people at the desk were friendly, helpful and conscientious. My room was small, but that's okay. C'est Paris! My bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well supplied with eco-friendly shampoo and body wash. Housekeeping was excellent. The only thing that should be addressed is the carpeting. It is old, spotted, and needs to be replaced, and a new coat of wall paint wouldn't hurt. The hotel is perfectly located for those who want to venture out in any direction. There are tons of boulangeries, restaurants, boutiques and Monoprix is a few minutes away, as well as bus stops, the métro, and la Seine. I'd like to thank la direction for their outstanding hospitality and personable service. A la prochaine!"

"Staff was extremely helpful, wevoming, and friendly. Took the time to give directions and recommendations, including giving us a map and which station and which train to take. Breakfast staff had memorized which coffee we liked by the 2nd day."
