"From the time we pulled up to check in every staff member was polite, informative and helpful. The hotel location is great, the ocean view amazing and decor wonderful. Our room was very large and well appointed. The hotel gym was above the normal and the swimming pool large with great music playing. Will definitely return for future stays."

"Casa Marina Hotel is as charming as the pictures on the website. The hotel receptionist, Mary, was so kind and friendly. We got to check in early, which was great. The hotel is classic 1920s but with modernized areas throughout. Our room was beautiful! Beachy colors with neutrals and dark wood accents… it was perfect! If you get a room on the second floor you will have the most beautiful view of the ocean through the dunes. The cost per night was less than a larger hotel/resort and gave so much...

"The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it"
