"Very clean. It’s basic but it was inexpensive and perfect for an overnight stop. Room had everything we needed. They have a laundry area on the 3rd floor. It was in a really good part of town within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. Staff were very nice and helpful."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I’m probably going to stay here every time I go to Jacksonville, honestly. Walking distance to the beach, cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Excellent hot water, comfy bed, frosty air conditioning. The small pool area is super cute and great to relax at. Walking distance to convenience shops and great restaurants. Front desk staff is lovely. 10000/10. :)"
