"It was very noisy starting at 6:30 am through 11:30 pm otherwise the stay was decent."

"This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on."

"Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful, except the lady that runs the kitchen for breakfast. She was not friendly at all. The front desk staff were awesome. The only other suggestion I would have is that it would be nice if there were some bars to hold onto in the shower and also if there was a shelf of some kind in the shower to set things on. Thank you."

"About a mile walk from the main part of town, but we thought that was a plus. Beach was beautiful, with reasonably priced chairs and umbrella rentals available. The room was recently updated and clean. I wish the pool was farther away from the building so it would receive more sun during the ladder part of the day. Jax Beach is a cool little beach town. Pleasantly surprised. "

"The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume. Lucky we took the headphones. Our room was right next to the highway so it was very loud with all...

"The location was ideal, right on the ocean and walkable to many bars and restaurants and Walgreens. The breakfast was great and lasted until 10 am. Parking was essy, which is huge at the beach. Beds were comfortable, tv was large and balcony was awesome overlooking the beach."
