"The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it"

"Great hotel. Very modern. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Did have some issues with the elevators; we found if you were on the 2nd floor and you wanted to get to the 1st floor you often had to wait until the elevators traveled back to the upper floors before they would stop to take you down. On a Saturday or Sunday morning they were often full when they returned? Otherwise a great stay."
