"Great location right across from the marina, walking distance to the pier and beach. Most of the rooms have view of the marina and ocean ... make sure you reserve one. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Convenient self parking garage is next door, though it does cost extra. Room was clean and well appointed, and bed was comfortable. Fairly quiet. Minor quibbles; toilet made loud noise when flushing, not enough hooks to hang up stuff in bathroom, TV menu is non-interactive making accessing specific channels somewhat inconvenient. Hotel dining options are limited, but there are many restaurants nearby."

"This place is all about location. You are in the middle of it all. It’s an older place and a work in progress. If you’re used to high end hotels or Marriotts, this isn’t your spot. You are literally on the beach. They are painting and making upgrades. Owner went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We had a studio. The room size was ok, but the shower was the smallest I’ve showered in. Not for larger people. Would stay again."
