"We love this property, especially it's location. The only issue with our latest stay was the unusual delay in having our room ready upon our early arrival. However, the ocean view room, included breakfast, great staff and late check-out made for another nice stay."

"Sonesta is a high-end property that hosts weddings and other large events. Their staff is professional, but not incredibly friendly. It should be noted that it is a VERY LONG walk from the parking structure to the elevator, then another VERY LONG walk to the room if you are above Room #50 on any floor. Inconvenient if you are coming + going often. I inquired about a reduced rate for the $40/day parking garage but was told the garage is owned by a separate company and they don't have a "relationship" with them. HOWEVER, we were told to use our hotel room key for entering and exiting the garage! Seems dishonest. We did not know until we arrived that the swimming pool was closed for renovations, something that should have been noted on their website, as their pretty promo photos show a beautiful pool."
