"We stayed in an older part of the hotel. The walk to the room was dirty, room smelled moldy and had to call the front desk to have our room cleaned. Probably never stay here again"

"First off , for the price this resort is very OUTDATED . Not worth it in my opinion .
Our stay was not as expected. They let guest bring outside guest 20+ into the pool area knowing space is limited which caused myself and other guest who are paying for the amenities unable to use said amenities. Not just that , the front desk staff we spoke to at check in and the day after acted very bothered . Not just that communication clearly is an issue at this resort no one knew correct times for certain...
