"You can’t beat a beach view right outside your room. The room was a little cramped, but we really only used it to sleep since you really are right on the beach. That kind of proximity is worth a few concessions. Be aware that you are directly on the boardwalk, so it is loud at night. But if you like the night life, it’s honestly not too bad. Their windows and doors are heavy duty and block out a ton of the noise when closed. The only thing that caused us to have a bad experience on our final night there was a group of college-aged kids who had a party above our room that went on the entire night. They were so loud our room was shaking and there was no way we could sleep through the constant stomping. That being said, hotel staff was incredibly responsive and told them to quiet down at least 4 times before the noise finally got to an acceptable level (they also threaded to call police on the partiers). There’s not much a hotel can do about parties except call authorities, and staff gave us some free sweaters as consolation. So overall, we had a pretty good stay. If you plan spending most of your time at the beach, stepping across the street to your room is the ultimate luxury."
