"Great resort. Fees and fees and fees upon check in I was not aware of ahead of time. $150 a night as a deposit plus a $40 a night parking fee plus a resort fee. For three nights I had to put over $800 down at check in."

"I arrived early to check in possibly at 3 PM. I did not get my room until 5 PM. There was no sense of urgency when I called to get my room serviced with towels and coffee. After my third day, I asked to have the sheets changed and it took four phone calls three to housekeeping and one to the front desk to finally get someone to come clean my room. A resort where I’m paying $700 a night. I had a great room with nice location on the Water side, but the Service needs some help."

"This place felt like Hawaii! Loved the slides for the kids but do call and check if it’s open sometimes they have maintenance going on. Also the staff was super friendly and made our kids so happy! Especially Emy and Rosa in the gift shop they delivered a snores set and cookies to our kiddos! Made it so special. It’s a great place to stay for families!"
