"So here’s my honest review . The resort is perfectly located. Steps away from own beach , garden is gorgeous. However here’s my take: for as much as we paid for our room and the additional “resort fee” each day. The rooms were very dated ! Old carpet, old furniture, horrible water pressure in the shower , awful glueing toilets. Cheap single ply toilet paper , 0 space in bathroom vanity , vanity sits at an angle where no matter what u put next to the sink , it slides into the sink. Hot tub closes at 10. That was frustrating. We stayed 7 nights . Although we did enjoy our time , I’ve stayed in nicer resorts with much better rates . Rooms just need major updates . Sort of suprised that this resort didn’t have laundry. (Only paid per garment dry cleaning ) staying 7 days , playing in thr water etc - we had to make two seperate trips to a local laundromat. Another negative, when we booked we were told there were two sea lions on premises. They weren’t . Pretty disappointed in that. The trailer / airstream that serves breakfast was pretty good . No matter the room the views were great . Walking distance to Belmont park. We will stay again next year, for an entire week- but truly hope they invest in some updates , Laundry machines and BETTER TOILET PAPER ! "
