"Generally the property , rooms and facilities were ok for a Hilton resort.
Issues:
First time the hotel charges account including incidentals before guests arrive to actually check in and before even the check in time. If guests wish to use a different account hotel will reverse the charges however charge the new account ( so be ready for double charges).
After the first day the main elevator is out of service, second day second elevator is out of service , stair ways have key access on both ends and potentially can lock in guests without a key, also access sensors were that good. Hotel had a single (very slow) working elevator for a not so busy 3floor hotel for an entire weekend. Guests would have to hike the entire hotel length to get an elevator or potentially get locked out in stairways.
The pool temperature was too high , muggy. Hot tub oven didn’t work.
Pros:
Generally clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was a plus but menu/items are the same for 3 days in a row with sometimes fewer items.
Location:.
Location is ok within the vicinity of Sea World, though the block it is in is further and not as clean as some of the closer hotels to Sea World.
The hotel does have a potential to have a very good rating on Expedia/Kayak etc but with issues, maintenance and location. It’s ok to good at best."
