"Beautiful pool and room. Very comfortable beds and our room was so nicely decorated. There was a confusion about spa hours but spa was open every day just spa services were closed on certain days. That's a big difference. I loved the spa jacuzzi ambiance but steam room was not working :( good news sauna was working but BEAWRE sauna has a wall of tiles and the sign is not clear and I almost got a reallly bad burn!! 🔥 they should fix that. Both my husband and I had the same comment. Thankfully I got a minor burn. They should fix this immediately and put wood instead of tiles. Be careful!!!! Dinner was amazing and the music and ambient was perfect! We were there for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Also free Tesla charging! Bonus! "

"You can feel the sea breeze through your window. A fair amount of activity sounds from the boardwalk, you are in the center of it all. There was an earthquake one night and the place shook but stood strong! Staff are awesome!"

"This time breakfast was canceled. Parking requires scanning a barcode, and you have to register an account for WiFi. The bathroom floors were also really dirty. We probably won’t be coming back."

"I booked this hotel specifically because the website advertised it as pet friendly — that was the deciding factor. What I didn’t see anywhere in the listing was any mention of a $100 pet fee for a single night. That’s a significant charge that deserves to be upfront, not buried or absent entirely. I travel with my emotional support animal, and in my experience, most accommodations either waive the pet fee for ESAs or at least have a clear, transparent policy. When I checked in and was told about the charge, I was caught completely off guard. When I explained that my animal is a registered ESA, the front desk staff were polite but firm — no exceptions. The room itself was fine, and the property is clean. But the lack of transparency around fees and the blanket policy that ignores the distinction between pets and emotional support animals left a bad taste. If you’re going to market yourself as pet friendly, at minimum be upfront about the costs. A $100 fee for one night is steep, and finding out at check-in is a frustrating way to start a stay. Travelers with ESAs, take note — call ahead and confirm the fee policy before booking, because “pet friendly” here doesn’t mean what you might expect."

"The property has many problems, like limited space for breakfast, the continental breakfast was not real, and the food is ok. The property is understaffed, it's just one person at the front, who cannot help you with anything. AC was weird does not really do the cooling. Compare to money I don't think its a good choice."
