The staff was very helpful and kind. We parked a car in the garage and it felt very safe. The Queen Anne area was clean and safe to walk to dinner but still very convenient to downtown. I can not recommend this stay enough!"

"Stayed here a couple of times. The first time was before the renovation. The rooms and hotel were a bit quirk and old and it’s 3 stories with no elevator. Creaky floors, outdated bathrooms and some closets weren’t finished. Some were just small spaces with some shelves, some inside the space where the heater unit or hot water heater was with a wooden bar with some hangers. "This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...
