Traveled to Kelowna for sports and was up early and back late. Peak of the summer when it was hot so found relief with easy to control air conditioned room. These are college dorm rooms with a kitchen. Full sized fridge, stove, and sink. No cutlery, dishes, utensils, pots or pans. However, the front desk...

"Room was comfortable, outside patio great, breakfast was fabulous (best omelet I have ever eaten!) But no TV in rooms or in common area???? This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience."

"The property is beautiful old vintage charm clean well kept. On a hot July month of 34-36C of outdoor activities, I was looking forward to bathe sleep refreshed. But the bedroom is maintained with a portable AC not enough to keep the room cool. I asked for an electric fan, the owner agreed to provide me but never did. We had to cut short the stay and booked with another hotel. If it wasn’t summer it wouldn't have mattered. Thank you always."
