"This was one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It felt more like a temporary spare bed than a proper hotel bed, and every movement from one person would immediately wake the other. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. The room was also quite noisy, making it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest. "The key only worked for 1 day, we stayed 4days so had to get it coded 3 times. Didn't have clean towels No place to hang clothes or even put them away, no ice ,no frig, no coffee, just a table and 2 chairs besides the beds"

When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs.
