"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it."

"The front desk lady was extremely rude. Didn’t tell us the children’s swim area was closed until we checked in when we had small children and didn’t offer to give us some of our money back. That’s the entire reason we went there!"

"Room was filthy, once arriving they add on tons of extra fees we ended up paying an extra 250 at check in. We had a family of 5 and they wouldn’t give us enough towels for our entire family they said 4 at a time. Bedding had dried blood on it. The room honestly felt dirty all they did was make the beds. Ice machine had mold in it as well. Pool was beyond disgusting and green"

"We enjoyed the onsite lagoons, inflatables and park. The rooms have been renovated since we last stayed and were nicer. Only issue we ran into was there was only one ice machine for the building and it did not work throughout our stay. Talked to an employee who informed me it was out of order (no signage) and we could use one in the building across the street. Most of all we enjoyed the included Land of Natura Park included with our room."

"Check in was easy, except wrist bands wouldn't open door and had to go twice to desk to get activated. Also charged $20 dollars for parking where it actually says no charge on website. Desk said ever since covid there's been a charge. That made absolutely no sense. We ordered pizza from inside hotel and it was reasonably priced and delicious."
