"I had asked the front desk if bath robes were available in the room so we could walk to the pool in them. The lady told us the robes are reserved for the group coming in later on. "Dead flies and bugs in the lobby bathroom - overall grungy. Dirty carpets in the hotel room - 3 people booked in our room and only 2 small towels. The "buffet" breakfast did NOT have the muffins, orange juice or cereals as advertised... it was only toast, stale croissants, yogourt, small little fruit cups, boiled eggs and coffee. Staff could have cared less."
