What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. "Immaculately clean and tidy, family run b&b. Friendly people. Great location, close to the beach & easy walk to the ferry terminal for Malta ferry. Easy street parking. Our bathroom was very clean however it would be a bit of a tight squeeze to get into the shower if you are a larger person. Maybe other rooms have larger showers. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again."

"This hotel is a 2-3 star property at best, the bed in it was terrible. It was an inner spring mattress that had clearly seen better days, with 'body wells' on each side and a raise in the middle from the use. The air conditioner control had literally no markings on it and had to contact the owner to get a picture sent so that I could get it to work.
