"Beautiful oasis walking distance to Old Town! We were very impressed the moment we walked in. The apartment building entrance is pretty unassuming, and you almost feel you’re in the wrong place. But once you open the door you are welcomed in with a beautiful aroma and modern luxuries. Location is great, and it’s a 10 min walk down to the promenade and Split old town. We had a car, and while you need to find own street parking, we got lucky and there was a spot right in front of the apartment...

"The host was very friendly and accommodating on arrival and departure, providing helpful advice. Location was only a few minutes to town with a supermarket and bakery within a couple of minutes walk. Our room (ground floor) was small but well laid out and very functional. There were also many thoughtful touches and extras. Very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"I booked a premium ocean view room for 2 nights with a balcony. On the first night of the day, a concert started around 5 pm just outside my window at a venue. It was so loud that it sounded like it was in my room ans lasted until 1 am . The next morning, the music started again at 9 AM. And again lasted hntil adter 1 am.
