"I was given warning and was told that if my dog barks then they would ask me to leave even if it is middle of the night. I left the hotel at 10 pm and the hotel charged me pet fees and refunded the room charges ! I have to fight back to get my pet charges !!"

"The worst hotel I ever stayed, the door was damaged. I have to kick to open in the room, have no bottled water. I have to go down to reception to pick it up and there’s no glass in the room only two paper cups in the whole room. Can I get the coffee for room service, after all the coffee machine is broke and the leak water."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I also appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay.
