Unfortunately our twin room was like an outbuilding in the car park and very cold (radiators didn’t work) with a lamp not working and a spot lamp flashing on and off. "Front desk staff were lovely. The hotel itself is very nice, room was a bit run down - missing faucet handle bit, needing a little tlc overall. Sheets seemed clean but I found hair that wasn’t mine around the room. My biggest complaint though isn’t with the hotel itself but instead the restaurant within the hotel. No matter when I called or how many times, they never answered. Not once during my entire stay. Reception tried to connect me - no luck. When I went to the restaurant they told me they...
