"The Carpet in our room was filthy. It had some type of gum or chocolate. Also look Very Old. The grout in the tile was breaking right at the main entrance, found some garbage under the bed, the Lady in charge of breakfast was a little bit rude, the elevator was also not working properly the whole time we were there. Our room number was 311."

"Surfaces and sheets were clean. The carpet and the furniture seemed dingy, in need of a deep clean. The AC unit was broken in our room, so we had to open the window for it not to be so stuffy. The staff was nice and friendly."

"I had a great stay at Origin Hotel Red Rocks. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff was friendly and welcoming the whole time. My only complaint is the toiletries, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash seemed watered down or lower quality, and there wasn’t any lotion provided. For the price per night, I would expect better amenities in that area. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again."

"Lots of dog poo not picked up in grass areas. Floors in room were filthy dirty turned sockes black and any drop of water made floor sticky. No pressure in shower and had to search for hot water. Charging for dishes is ridiculous idea."

"Used my card at check-in and a week later get a charge for Best Buy in Lakewood, CO. I never use that card and only used it for the room deposit, interesting to me that my card was used a week later in the same town!"
