"We have stayed several times! This most recent was with our Marley dog! The staff was so sweet and accommodating! Room was so clean and had everything we needed. When I needed fresh towels they showed up! Everyone in the hotel loved Marley! We will absolutely be back!!"

"We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!"

"The staff I interacted with were wonderful. The hotel was clearly bought and partially redone to open as a Hilton Spark. The room had an awful chemical smell, likely from paint or redoing the flooring. While the TV worked, the cable did not. The continental breakfast was limited; coffee was decent. All around, there are better hotels nearby and I will not return to the Spark."

"It served it's purpose. Clean amd dry and not outside. It was a nice space and very affordable. Was not the Ritz, but we did not pay for the Ritz."

"Our first impression of this place was it was difficult to find. The lady at the front was helpful and nice. Note it had a sign that read no more rooms available. The hallway carpets were dirty, worn and stained and the elevators were also dirty. Our room door had quite a space letting light in. Our bathroom had bugs on the floor, the tub and toilet were very stained. The stopper in the tub had bunches of hair and some gross chunky stuff. There was a hair pick stuck in the vent with hair in it....

"My stay was unsatisfactory and I do not recommend this apartment. Lack of cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. I found trash on the bed and overall cleanliness did not meet basic standards. Bathroom hygiene and drainage problems: The bathroom was clogged and full of mosquitoes. In addition, the shower was also clogged, which made it difficult to use. Smoke exposure: People smoked outside my room (including cigarettes and other smoke). "I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

Pizza on a plate in the microwave, red plastic bowl between stove and refrigerator, lightbulb holder in lamp was hanging out of lamp, debris and dirty children’s toys behind and under couch and around the bed, floors felt grimy, toothbrush hanging on down spout of water pipe under the sink, toilet paper in an unflushed toilet, mice crawling on the floors, tops of surfaces dirty. Did not open refrigerator, nor cabinets, nor oven. Seemingly unsafe due to the...
