"We had a lovely stay at Leighton house. Prior to our stay we were able to reach the property via email with quick helpful responses received. The facilities were great - clean and spacious room with large bathroom and shower with lovely hot water and products. The beds were very comfortable and the room was warm. "We booked this location based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Food was very good, our room was clean and spacious with lovely decor. As in other reviews be prepared for the walk up the hill from the city centre. It’s a long one but worth it when you get to the top! "

My room was in a small detached building that was just to the side / rear of the pub with access straight onto the private path . It was homely with a book shelf + DVDs & was extremely quiet .
