"Room was not clean .. dusty around base boards.. Trash in the bathroom has not been emptied when we arrived.. And the cover to the toilet tank was obviously for a different toilet and didn’t fit and completely cover the tank…walls and doors were dirty and dingy.. tub surround may have been cleaned, but was stained and pitted in spots. Rug had been cut and replaced in spots.. not well done either. Room was suppose to be non-smoking but smelled like the smoke smell was being covered with a very...

"First this is a gorgeous property, the outdoor areas are wonderful, with comfy furniture, flowers and fire pits. The main area is an intimate restaurant and bar, with a seating area with books and plants. "Very clean and new hotel."

"The room was incredible. Just need to be a little friendly at the arrival."

"Would go there again but would request to be in the main Inn, they have properties all over the town center that are considered the Inn. That was disappointing. A very unique property and super cute!"

"Wish there was a pool. The road noise on the road side is a bit annoying"

"It's a perfect stop on our little Berkshires trip. The Inn had everything we needed and more. The property was beautiful, and the staff was beyond helpful. We will certainly be back."

"The sheets on both beds were dirty. (pictures were taken). Requested clean sheets and got horrible response from housekeeping. Overall, the room was dirty: shower floor, bathroom floor, windows, refrigerator, etc. Tears in the light shade. Required manager to get WIFI to work. Such a disappointment for a Wyndham property. Glad I only stayed one night and had my own pillow and blanket."

"very nice room. Generous living space and Large separate bedroom."
