"Kaibus Place met all of the needs for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 7-17 years of age)! The apartment (3 bed /2 bath) provided more than enough sleeping space and entertainment space so that we all could find comfort in spending time together or alone. With a front and back balcony for relaxing, everyone had a place to unwind from the day's events. The apartment was well equipped for our stay. Everything was clean and very well maintained. "DO NOT BOOK! This hotel is a fraud. The photos look nothing like the property. The property is located on a side of a mountain and completely over grown with trees and bushes.This hotel is located far from any civilization in a residential area. When we arrived there wasn't a check in desk. It took an hour to finally find someone walking around to show us our room. After traveling 18 hours, all we wanted to do is take a shower and sleep. Not possible, the faucets in the shower were broken and there wasn't any water. We contacted Sharon the owner, and she gave us a rusty pair of pliars to try to adjust the water. There were red ants in our dirty bed sheets and all of the curtain rods were broken so there wasn't any privacy. The next morning we booked another hotel for the remainder of our weekend. I contacted the owner about a refund but she never replied. Book any other hotel in Grenada because you will highly disappointed with this hotel. Read the previous reviews with simlar descriptions, they are all true. The owner Sharon tries to be polite and courteous but I think it's to try to get you to accept the below standard accommodations she is selling. You ve been warned!"
