"Check in was through video, disconcerting but ok. Room was clean, beds comfortable but had 2 chairs I would throw out as they were worn out. AC worked well. I would stay there again."

"We found a big cockroach dead on the floor in tge bathroom. I informed the front desk, and they came to remove it. Also informed us that pest control was there a few days prior. They apologized but we were not offered another room. The room was clean besides that! We checked every corner of the room and could not find anything else. We were disappointed with the experience. "

"We didn't care of the bait and switch at the spa. Did not receive the treatment requested and was charged for add ons that we were not aware of. We purposely did not book a spa treatment the second time we stayed due to this reason. In addition, the upkeep of the room was lacking. For the price of the rooms there should not be missing tiles in the shower now an unrepaired leak that caused damage in the baseboards outside the shower We are designers of kitchens and baths as well as rental property owners. This is unacceptable for such a high end resort. "

"The rooms were very dated, but clean. There was minor damage to the fixtures and other things, but it did not impact my stay. Travelling as a single woman, I would have appreciated an interior lock on the door. There was a nice sized fridge and microwave which was appreciated."
