"We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall, the hotel was clean and the beach club was great!"

"This was a wonderful hotel and I loved everything about it. The two bed suite we had was wonderful because it had the two beds and a pullout sofa on my other side of a wall so it was very cozy and private. The pool was absolutely beautiful, sat in the middle of the hotel overlooking the downtown area and Marina. It was a very unique pool. I enjoyed it very much. The bar and restaurant had complete views of the marina as well and the included buffet breakfast was wonderful with the best omelette...

"This place has gone downhill. I’ve stayed here many times over 30 years. There are no more water views due to nearby construction. The staff were like annoying zombies. One person actually tried to intimidate me. No hot water . Practically empty. It’s a decent budget hotel. Don’t pay more than 70 bucks. I will never stay here again."

"Hi there, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice and would help if asked. An example, would be they would give us new towels if we asked. The housekeeping did not clean each day but that may be normal, I am not sure. Pool was nice. The shower leaked on to the floor no matter what we did which left me worried for their floors but the accommodations were nice. AC worked great, comfy beds, refrigerator and microwave were good. A little loud on friday and Saturday night but peaceful...

"A great place to enjoy your vacation on a beautiful seashore with mild wind and a great sunset view. The staffs are very polite,efficient, and professional. In-room amenties are so great - you will have washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, full function kitchen as well. Can't expect more. The only thing that the management should take care of is the elevator (I was in Building 4), as I met 3 down time of that elevator during my 3 nights stay. I am OK with that, but if senior...
