"The room was clean, safe, staff helpful, courteous. Breakfast everything you could want, juice, bacon, omelet, toast, waffle and all the condiments. One morning coffee machine was broken, manager promptly supplied Tim's coffee from next door. Perfect! we all where very grateful for her immediate attention to this major necessity. For short term stays this hotel is location specific."

"Front staff were pleasant and accommodating. Original room offered was on 2nd floor but no elevator. Had to ask for a room on first floor as we were unable to do stairs. Front area very clean. Breakfast lineup had many choices. Pool was very cloudy and overly chlorinated. Water burned skin. Temp of pool was perfect. Hot tub too scary looking to get in. Room Bathroom was very dark, very dated, and really tiny. Cloth shower curtain had scum on bottom and yellow to brown coloured when top had was dingy white. The tub was slippery with a slimy texture. Walls in shower were scary to touch. The towels were yellow in colour when should have been white. Even took them to different lighting to look at incase it was just the very dim lighting in bathroom. Bed sheets and covers that should have been white were so dingy. The mattress on one of the beds had a hollow the springs had collapsed on side closest to the night table. My sister could not get a proper sleep. The black out curtain had a white dried substance smeared on it. And overall the room had a bad odour. Pictures online did not match the reality of the situation Needless to say we will never stay there again. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff at check in who told us about the interesting history of the property. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast ( continental) exquisite , and property is vast ( it is being expanded with outbuildings of various purposes). It will be outstanding once complete , but currently is very lovely. Very quiet. Fruit and dessert plate in our frig. Beautiful room and decor."

"Everything about our stay was easy! I was with my mom who uses a walker and had requested a room with a shower stall, not tub and with an actual sitting chair, not just desk chair. We got a very spacious king room with a couch. Check in was easy, parking was just in front, navigating up to our room was easy for her. The room also had a nice kitchen counter with sink, microwave & fridge. The room has light blocking shades and overall was very comfortable & clean. I loved the pool and the coffee/tea station in lobby. We saw a few dogs so they obviously welcome pets and we were not bothered by that. The morning breakfast had everything you need, all the basics and was kept filled & clean. All staff we met were very friendly. The Hotel is in a lovely spot on edge of Orangeville and I would highly recommend if you need to stay in the area"
