"Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). "I always enjoy staying at Preskil but I had a bit of a bad experience on my check in on Monday, 3 August. I arrived at 9h00 at the hotel and i know that check in was only at 14h00. We sat at the check in area the whole day and my room was not ready at 14h00. The communication was not so clear and if i have known it will take over the check in time i could have gone for a scrub at the spa that time. My 1 colleague had a room 2 hours before me and i sat there till 14h30 without knowing it will take that long. Tired and over it by then."
