"Nous convenons avec la propriétaire d un arrivée vers 23h30. Nous arrivons en avance à 23h15, personne sur place et personne ne répond au telephone bien sur! Après plus de 30 minutes d attente, nous partons essayer de trouver un autre logement où dormir. A date, toujours aucune réponse à nos messages et cerise sur le gateau: nous avons été débités de la nuit malgré nos demandes de ne pas débiter ! Et évidemment, elle ne répond pas non plus aux messages d hotels.com que j ai suscité... "
