"The facility is beautiful! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the staff and their helpfulness. When we got to our room, all had been cleaned except for the floors. The rug needed vacuuming and the bathroom had hair on the floor so hadn’t been swept. I think it was an oversight (things happen) and the management got it cleaned up right away. Other than that, the location was perfect, the facilities were beautiful, and we would definitely stay there again. Everyone was kind and friendly and we enjoyed our stay of 4 days in the heart of the historic district."
