"We had one misunderstanding about the type of reserved room. Although I reserved a triple room for 3 adults (which price was reasonable that motivated me to reserve) ,but in check-in process in hotel was informed that actually the reserved room is for two people and for third one I must pay an extra money.
I paid that extra amount, but honestly said if I knew about it ,maybe I had not got the room."

"The toilet has inadequate space for adults in the lower floor levels. We were re-assigned to a top-floor apartment that did have adequate toilet space, although because the city was under a heat wave, the room was several degrees hotter than the lower levels. The hotel is not air-conditioned, which under normal circumstances would not be an issue, but even with the fan supplied, the room was about 30 C"
