Beaujolais Wine Region hotel guide. Citotel hotel in Beaujolais Wine Region, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

Wonderful warm welcome and cool, stylish rooms in the middle of the canicule. Delicious table d'hote dinner on the terrace, with stunning views over the vinyards. A perfect place to stay in the Beaujolais. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable room. Excellent staff. Lovely decor

Lovely B&B in very pleasant, quite location, with great amenities (my personal highlight was the pool), beautiful decor and absolutely lovely, attentive hosts. Whether you are looking for a rural retreat, gastronomic / wine tour or just an accommodation to visit the region / attend a wedding - it's a great choice all together!

The owners of the property were very welcoming, but unfortunately our French is limited, so we didn’t have too much interaction with them. Breakfast was good (croissants, yogurt, cereal, bread, some meat and jams with juice and coffee). The furnishings in the room were high quality but it would have been nice to have a fridge, coffee machine and some glasses. I would have expected the room to have been refreshed during our stay (of course not linen or towels). During our 2 night stay there was...

It was a beautiful place. Perfect 👍

Le Clos de Anges is a lovely Guest House is finished to a very high standard. The decor was beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into making this a very special place indeed. A rare find . The owner Gale spent a lot of time making sure our stay was a special one even arranging food for us when we arrived later the expected. It is very close to Lyon and the Autoroute so ideally situated. We will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff. Such a lovely environment for a short break. Great pool and lovely rooms. Didn’t get to use Spa but hopefully will on our next visit

Seamless check in - polite & v pleasant staff member on reception who gave us information & directions with regard to charging the car & places to eat as it was a Sunday night & not many places open. Excellent large room ideal for us travelling with our dog. Dog bowls & toy also provided in the room which was a nice touch along with a complimentary bottle of water & well stocked coffee & tea facilities. Good to have the green tea option too which is often missed. Room was comfortable - the only...

Ideal hotel for overnight stop. Very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Aside from not having a reservation code for self-check in, it was a really good stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Modern, comfortable hotel not far from the autoroute. Limited menu but delicious food.

Very conveniently located for breaking our journey. Very efficient air con was welcome as was a shower with good water pressure! On site restaurant made things easy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ensured my mother was looked after. Seemed to be short staffed at dinner time as we had to queue for a while to enter the restaurant however the food was very good.
